DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Empty half the contents of the sachet in a shaker and add 100-150ml of Water (approx.) to reconstitute. Stir well and enjoy the drink. Take 30-60 mins before your workout for ideal results. Do not consume 5-6 hours before sleep.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Two servings daily. Not to exceed the stated recommended daily usage.
